BeHome will draft the lease, in which, next to the standard information, special conditions that the landlord/owner has presented are included. After the drafting we will review the lease. Consequently both parties will know their rights and duties beforehand. If there are no more questions the lease will be signed.

In some cases beHome will tend to the pre-inspection and review of the residence. We’ll view the residence once again with you and draft an inspection report and, if necessary, a list of contents.
If the rental period does not start immediately, but for instance on the first of the following month, we will set up an appointment for the handover of the keys.
